I'M GLAD YOU'RE HERE

MY STORY

Like so many young girls, I dreamed of being a model — to wear beautiful things, walk gracefully down the runway, with elegance and confidence. But growing up poor made those dreams seem out of reach.

Years later, and lots of hard work, I was finally able to attend finishing school and later a prestigious modeling academy. Only after paying my tuition was I told I was “too short.” I remember feeling my heart break — until one of my instructors, seeing my determination, pulled me aside. She confided that she, too, had been considered “too short,” yet she became the famous “legs girl” — the model for the stockings sold in the egg-shaped containers. She paid her way through medical school and had a lot of fun. 

Her story inspired me. I realized modeling wasn’t just about height; it was about passion, presence, and perseverance. So I dedicated myself to learning every aspect of the industry — runway, print, etiquette, styling, and self-confidence.

Over the years, I traveled the world, made a little money, saw the world, and had the privilege of teaching hundreds of girls who, like me, thought their dreams were out of reach, that's why this course was created. Many of those girls went on to successful careers, and all gained confidence and life skills that will last forever. 

WHY DO I TEACH?

The modeling project helped inspire Project Dreams, a nonprofit dedicated to funding youth in arts and sports while offering affordable modeling and self-development training without the scams.

Project Dreams is more than a program — it’s proof that dreams are attainable, no matter where you start.
